Woodstock North High School Auditorium

The Woodstock Friends of The LAM Foundation and Woodstock Community Unit School District 200 will present a Fine Arts Faculty Concert to benefit The LAM Foundation. The concert is on Sunday, October 4th at 2:00 pm in the Woodstock North High School Auditorium. Tickets will be available at the door for $5.00, with all proceeds benefitting The LAM Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to patient support and scientific research in pursuit of a treatment and cure for lymphangioleiomyomatosis (LAM).
Woodstock resident and former Woodstock High School teacher, Kathy Peiffer, was diagnosed with LAM in September, 2007. Kathy’s husband is D200 Music Teacher and Woodstock City Band Director, Duane Peiffer.
LAM is a rare, progressive and frequently fatal lung disease that strikes women almost exclusively. There will be information about LAM and The LAM Foundation at the benefit concert as well as refreshments and raffles. Please arrive early to get a seat, view the exhibits and buy raffle tickets!
